Toh Sze Min
HEAD OF CREATIVE CYCLE
Sze Min is a 2nd year student currently studying for her Bachelor's in Science for Economics at the LSE. As someone who strongly believes in exacting change in one's own capacity, she dedicates her time to working on causes that create real impact on communities. Previously a member of the Creative Cycle Team, she has returned this year as its Director, hoping to improve on the works of previous members and increase the project's impact and reach.

Stephanie Low
CREATIVE START CO-HEAD
Stephanie is a 2nd year Economics undergraduate student studying at the LSE. Having joined Creative Cycle last year as a team member, she decided to return to further contribute and reduce the barriers to women starting their own business. As someone passionate about women empowerment, she hopes that this project would help each beneficiary grow and gain steps towards their financial independence.

Faye Mahon
CREATIVE START CO-HEAD
Faye is a second year undergraduate currently studying social anthropology. She is new to the team this year and feels very passionately about tackling social inequality in a collaborative, sustainable way. She hopes to bring innovative ideas to the team helping us to inspire both our current and future beneficiaries.

Desmond Chia
PARTNERSHIPS EXECUTIVE
Desmond is a first year Bsc Economics student and he is currently a Partnerships Executive for the Creative Cycle Project this year. He possesses a passion for entrepreneurship and wishes to cultivate it whilst pushing for real impact in the lives of women from disadvantaged backgrounds. To him, social entrepreneurship is a dignified way for our students to achieve financial independence and self-confidence; both of which will hopefully stand them in good stead for the future.

Nic Ho
PARTNERSHIPS EXECUTIVE
Nicholas is a first year BSc Management student and is one of the Partnerships Executives for this year. Nic believes that anyone, given the right opportunities, can succeed in the world of entrepreneurship, and hopes that as member of the Creative Start team, he can contribute to the lowering of obstacles faced by women interested in the field of entrepreneurship

Ellen Hui
EVENTS EXECUTIVE
Ellen is a second year BSc Management student who joined as an Events Executive this year. She joined Creative Cycle because she wants to use her business knowledge to help break down the barriers faced by disadvantaged members of society.

Phoebe Ho
EVENTS EXECUTIVE
Phoebe is a first year LLB student who joined as an Events Executive this year. She believes in the importance of community service, and had volunteered as a tutor for children from disadvantaged backgrounds during her secondary school years. She joined Creative Cycle because she finds sharing useful skills with others a fulfilling and meaningful task.

Bea Alexandra Wintschnig
MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Bea is an MSc student in Environment and Development who joined this year as a Marketing Executive. She studied business administration in her undergraduate studies and worked in two start-ups during her studies, where she discovered her passion for entrepreneurship. She joined Creative Cycle because she believes that the strong ideas of women should not go unrecognised.

Shiza Naveed
MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Shiza is a MSc Human Rights and Politics student who joined Creative Cycle this year. She has previous experience in marketing with Enactus during her undergraduate degree where she worked within a social enterprise empowering vulnerable members of society, and she joined Creative Cycle because she wants to continue empowering vulnerable women through entrepreneurship.
